CST Rush SPRING 2009
RUSH CST FRATERNITY!
Most colleges should have started classes by now. Along with this annual event
are the traditional Fraternity Rush events. The excitement of meeting new prospective
members that will hopefully be compatible with the rest of the House. The selection
is not based on what clothes you wear, how much money you have, what car you
drive or what you look like. You can have all those things but if you don't
get along with the rest of the people in any organization, what's the point
in joining the group? What it all comes down to is whether or not you'll get
along with the rest of the brothers in the fraternity. The foundation of brotherhood is not from property, but from character.
We are all liked minded people and strive to achieve the same goals. Graduate, expand the fraternity, bring a voice to the Asian community, develop our leadership capability; in essence to become a more well rounded man with honor, integrity and selflessness.
The greek organization is another source of a support system within the university. But in order to get to that point there is a learning process that the greek organization like to call a "pledging" process. What this entails varies from one greek organization to another. This pledging process is a period in which all the new members are taught the history of the fraternity, the fraternity's values, how the organization operates, development of leadership, organizational, social and study skills of the new member.

Just by coming out doesn't mean you are joining...it just means that you are curious or just want to get more information. There are no obligations, and everything during rush is free!
